These are known as EU funds. This book provides practical information on EU humanitarian programs used in Croatia from the 1990s until 2000 and gives information on pre-accession and Community programs used from 2001-2009. It also outlines indicative financial allocation data for each of these programs. Special emphasis is placed on the IPA assistance program for its importance as the current pre-accession instrument, which will remain active until Croatian accession to the EU.
