Blacks in America were taken there during the slave trade era while blacks in South Africa were enslaved in the natural habitat nature had placed them. This book compares the origin, nature and the subtle ways used by whites to oppress blacks in the two societies. The works of six writers were used to examine the nature of the subjugation. Efforts were made to x-ray the situation of racism in the world today. Favorable political developments in the two societies notwithstanding, racism from the study shows that it is still one of the greatest problems of the world today.
