This book is on the contribution of the 20th century musicians popularizing the devotional verses by the Saint Annamacharya of 15th century praising his Lord Sree Venkateswara of Tirumala hills, Tirupati Andhra Pradesh in India. His compositions illustrate the nine types of devotion (navarasa bhakti) A few eminent composers of the 20th century are selected for their tunings of Annamacharya compositions and views in changing the original ragas used by the saint.
