Turbinaria conoides gifted 2 new steroids along with Fucosterol from the cyclohexane extract for the investigation. Among the four extracts of Turbinaria conoides, cyclohexane extract exposed itself as the highest active antimicrobial and antipyretic thereby supporting traditional claims. Isolated steroids showed significant cholinergic, anticholinergic properties and proved to be new antifungal compounds, potent antihistaminic as well.
