Compatibility studies of drug and polymer were performed by FTIR and demonstrated no interaction between drug and excipients. Tablets were prepared by direct compression using different concentration of Croscarmellose sodium and Crospovidone. Pre-compression parameters for blend were in the range. Prepared tablets were evaluated for disintegration time, wetting time, Water absorption ratio, %CDR and Ex-vivo permeability study.
