Only few studies have been carried out. Toxicological and pharmacological evaluations are mandatory for any new medicinal agents. Besides these two investigation should be made to find out whether the drug has lipid peroxidation induction capacity or not. The present overview will highlight various methods of evaluation for non-specific immunotherapeutic agent.
