Pediatric dentistry has witnessed many developments in all the fields. Treatment of pulpally in?amed primary and permanent teeth in children presents a unique challenge to the dental clinician. Pulp diagnosis in the child is imprecise as clinical symptoms do not correlate well with histologic pulpal status.
