This book describes the role of isolated different human herpesviruses in periodontitis and their correlation with pocket depth as well as different parameters. Also correlations were made with different cytokines (IL1 beta, TNF, gamma INF, IL6, IL8,SIgA,salivary total protein and salivary peroxidase.
