The aim of the project is to find out the possibilities of creation of a system of protection of frail and incompetent elderly that would enable them to spend their life in dignity and protected their invertible and indefeasible human rights. The analysis is based on three main pillars: 1) legal analysis of the guardianship systems; 2) social demographic analysis of the data necessary for understanding the guardianship system and alternative solutions. The outcome of the project is going to be definition of main problems, examples of appropriate solutions and presentation of alternative solutions.
