The book analyzes the Rights of prisoners upon incarceration. Further the book examines the advantages that are deeply embedded in the provision of conjugal rights to prisoners such as prevention of rape, institutional homosexuality, and the spread of HIV and AIDS in prisons, the reduction of recidivism rates and safeguarding the dignity of prisoners and most importantly safeguarding the family which is the most important unit in society that cannot be over emphasized.
