Countries must give more role and effect for Arbitration especially when there is a conflict between Investor and state. We have to give more active and strict role for the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in cases and frozen treaties between Investors and state. Although some states are aware of their international reputation and concerned about the pressures from the World Bank and its role, never the less States are not honoring the arbitral award due to the state Immune. We have to enhance the arbitral buddies to do its homework by giving it more room for arbitration to appeal. The ICJ must have more authority over Investors and to be more effective even when the State uses its immunity by not allowing cancellation and termination for investment treaties which gives the ICJ more role and credibility.
