Corruption has existed over millennia as one of the worst and the most widespread forms of behavior which is incompatible with the ideals of justice, democracy and human rights. The close examination of the relationship between corruption and human rights reveals that corruption directly, indirectly and remotely violates human rights. In spite of the fact that these relationships exist between corruption and human rights, the existing regional and international anti-corruption conventions did not give due consideration for their relationship.
