This study was conducted in Uganda East Africa, with the main objective of establishing the nature and characteristics of the United States of America’s Foreign policy towards Africa with reference to Uganda. The study analyzed the US foreign policy principle of democracy, good governance and accountability which as considered fundamental to the promotion of human rights.
