We therefore speculated that these differences could be reflected in utilization of VCT services which is regarded as an important strategy in the management of HIV/AIDS pandemic. Therefore we set out to assess the attitudes of VCT clients at the end of service delivery as some attitudes may deter potential users from visiting the facilities for the service.
