A total of seventy samples were selected for the study by using non probability purposive sampling technique. WHOQOL-HIV Instrument was adapted to measure impact of ARV on quality of life.In summary,ARV therapy played a significant role in improving the quality of life and immunological status of people living with HIV and AIDS. Therefore it is recommended that antiretroviral therapy should be available and accessible without any delay to all the HIV/AIDS clients who were eligible for the therapy.
