This book is an effort to discover and find out the positive relationship among the three variables- motivation, self-efficacy and academic achievement of students- in the Pakistani context. It is discerned in this research that the feeling of self-efficacy is the most basic and important rung in the ladder of academic success with motivation serving the purpose of a significant intermediary.
