Globalization has prioritized the need for communicative competence, especially in the field of teaching foreign language. Thus, currently, there has been a major shift in emphasis concerning the ‘what’ and ‘how’ to teach English as a foreign language because of communicative language teaching method (CLT), which is expected to develop the learners communicative competence.
