The book show case what Native American and First Nation medicine men, healers and helpers do with their clients. This is revealed through interviews and interactions and through the portrayal of the purpose of healing and ceremonies among the natives in Canada and the USA. This book is a follow-up on my earlier research on Yoruba Traditional healers of Nigeria, which was published by Routledge in 2003.
