Research was undertaken to look at the perspectives of a group of teachers as they negotiated their part in implementing a new strategy for delivering course content. The research identified the teacher’s present workload was their greatest concern. Without time to learn about the technologies and the implications for pedagogy, teachers will be unable to deal with the complexities of change.
