Most institutions in the World use academic examinations results to predict students’ eventual success. Individuals scoring higher grades are preferentially selected for admission since it is believed they will be successful. This selection criteria has locked out admission to learning institutions for many individuals with great potential who may have scored low grades at a preceding level.
