This book is a humble contribution of the authors for the banking community and students of banking and finance, computer and IT projects for their initial understanding of the automation processes and systems of banks in Pakistan and similar developing countries. The manuscript starts with an introduction of different products and services being offered by banks, now called e-banking, electronic bank or Internet banking.
