This project work provides a convenient mobile service for bank customers to transact business with their financial institution with the use of their mobile phones, taking into cognizance the vital issue of security. JAXWS (Java API for XML web server) was used to develop the application as the front-end engine, while Microsoft server 2008 and MySQL were used as the back-end engine using the WEP protocol concept and Julius ceaser cipher text.
