This algorithm uses the intelligent fuzzy system to estimate the execution time of a process based on its past behavior. The heart of this system is a database which contains if-then rules. Further, the comparative analysis of the Exponential Average Algorithm and the Fuzzy -based algorithm reflect that the Fuzzy-based approach is more optimal, thus it predicts more closer values to the real CPU-burst than the Exponential Average Algorithm.
