The focus of this book is on Strategic Diffusion of information technology in Jordanian Governmental Organizations. In particular, this book outlines a research journey that investigated the impact of management styles and managers attitudes on the diffusion of information technology. It argues that successful information technology diffusion requires a clear understanding of the organizational context including human and technological dimensions.
