Information coding has become one of the most relevant issues of today''s technology related systems, on the one hand, due to the amount of information that is being produced at every moment, and on the other, because equal access to it by every person is an increasing demand requiring many fields that have fallen behind in terms of development, to be updated. One of the firsts topics to be considered is the access to physical and virtual environments by people with some kind of disability.
