In this study, an attempt has been made to examine the fertility-employment relationships and, by focusing on the activities of GOs and NGOs, to explore the significant factors of women’s status and the impact of women’s status on reducing fertility. It is hoped that this book will be useful to the researchers and academicians to know more about of women’s status and its contribution on reducing fertility, and will help the policy planners to formulate future strategies for women’s status and to achieve a further fertility decline in the country.
