Venture capital (VC) is defined as a professionally managed pool of risk capital invested by venture capital investors (Angel investors) in private companies at various stages of their portfolio companies. Entrepreneurs who create innovations and modern technologies naturally need the venture capitalists to harvest their capital in such a risky, but also fruitful ground.
