The main objective of this study is to find out the relationship between office design and productivity. The physical environment in an office satisfying employees; boosts their thoughts and ultimately their productivity. The findings of this study show that office design (furniture, noise, lighting, temperature and spatial arrangement) is very vital in terms of increasing employees’ productivity. Comfortable and ergonomic office design motivates the employees and increases their performance substaintionally.
