Commercial banks are currently changing their traditional teller based banking services and become increasingly dependent on automated electronic banking service channels. Emanated from these trends, Customers are also demanding many self service channels with many customer-oriented features, which can facilitate their business undertakings. This study was designed to analyze factors that influence customers’ intention to adopt e-banking service channels in Bahir Dar city, Ethiopia. A conceptual framework was designed by integrating variables from theory of planned behaviour, technology acceptance model, and previous studies. Through stratified sampling technique, a sample of 211 people was drawn from six commercial banks operating with e-banking service channels.
