The study investigated the impact of a set of work family practices on the job satisfaction, employee motivation, organizational commitment and retention. The results showed that there exists a significant relationship between the practices and job satisfaction, employee motivation, organizational commitment and retention. Further the study clarifies that there exists a negative relationship between job satisfaction and the practices where as a positive relationship exists between the practices and employee motivation, organizational commitment and retention.
