Deductive and descriptive statistical methods have been applied to analyze the data obtained from received questionnaires, and at inferential level, correlation and chi-square tests have been executed to examine our hypotheses as well as the independency amongst variables, respectively. General analysis of research results reveals that there is a significant relationship between building possibility of 360-degree performance assessment system and variables of organizational structure dimensions.
