This research investigates the development and application of Asset Management in both the public and private sectors, and represents current thinking with infrastructure and industrial asset owners. This dissertation thus covers the mixing of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies in a more profound form of triangulation of method through combining the findings from observational quantitative conventional survey data with interpretive qualitative Modified Delphi survey feedback.
