Organizational culture is among aspects of culture that managers should know in order to manage their organizations effectively. Among many instruments that can help to identify the type of organizational culture, Cameron and Quinn's Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument(OCAI) is used in this dissertation. The intent of this instrument is to first help identify the organization’s current culture and then identify the culture organization members think should be developed to match the future demands of the environment and challenges to be faced (Cameron & Quinn, 1999).
