The happiness and welfare of the people depends upon the type of administration and the quality of services being provided by the administrators, engineers, doctors, managers and others. In the present study an attempt has been made to examine the values, work values and performance values orientation among the Indian managers i.e. bureaucrats, managers, engineers and doctors in general and with respect to the demographic variables like gender, age, marital status, family status, descent, category, educational qualification, work experience and salary. An attempt has also been made to study the relationship of work values with performance values of the four selected professional groups. |
