This assessment considered individuals across a range of different functional groups, covers individuals represented apparently in working within various Dubai public departments operating in the UAE. As such, this study has the potential allow these organisations in terms of gender, age based, nationality and service length, to evaluate the perceived strengths and weaknesses they face in terms of employee perception of quality management implementation and associated outcomes, ahead of future policy development, centred around its employees’ deployment of its quality management related initiatives.
