It is necessary applying risk management processes onto projects software engineering, because there are many problems associated with software engineering. The risk identification is a primary activity of management, because the list generated is applied in all processes from risk control. This study proposes to build an expert system for identification of risk based on lessons learned of similar projects to help don't repeat the errors.
