Engagement is connecting to temperament .Positive temperament comes to mind spontaneously through instinct and habit or by getting positive outside impulses.Outside impulses means existing social customs,ethic,community,caste,creed along with industrial culture.Though money or facilities are one of factors for engagement ,but can not touch the entrepreneurs’ expectation.Existing tricks of motivation for engagement only to change employees for safe service ,but do not make hearty engagement.Real engagement comes towards organizational motto when employee realize self and purpose of born.Such realization safe self,industry,society and environment towards becoming both individually and collectively.Therefore perpetual divine goading is needed to motivate employees temperamentally towards organizational and national motto in any organization is latest and perpetual trick of engagement
