The study aims to assess the relationship between corporate culture and oil pollution (CC&P) in Niger Delta: so as to make recommendations on how to reduce its effect on the environment. Its key objectives are to critically analyse the impact of oil pollution in Niger Delta and to investigate the role of corporate culture in Shell’s operations in Niger Delta. Furthermore, to develop research based recommendations (guiding principles) for improving the relationships between CC and reduction of oil pollution.
