As I have been working as physician since 2005 in Erbil City, Kurdistan Part of Iraq and studying Business and management during my practice, I found some gaps and defects in my medical fields and duties which was lack of interest and promotion of employees, staffs and Paramedics who works at medical fields which was due to lack of training and misusing of HRM, that is why it influenced me to make a research and write down this book in order helps my country, health systems and all managers who run the hospitals and health system.
