This book contains some of the the course work, case studies and presentations that I had undergone during my MBA in SOM, Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. Apart from general management topics and problems, it highlights mainly two fields- International Marketing and Business Strategy. Though most of the cases are derived from practical problems and scenarios from various countries across the Globe, they are primarily analyzed with Asian perspective. Cross Cultural elements,language,ethnicity and traditional factors were empathized while analyzing a case or problem. Students from varied backgrounds brought together their diversified experiences in providing solutions to problems or concerns that were discussed in class or during group work. Many case studies and presentations which I had done in groups were included here to give practical insights to diversified management problems.
