It is the employees that make the critical difference between success and failure of institutions. Therefore, superior organizations should utilize job satisfaction as a tool to enhance their employee''s performance which will -in return- enable the organizations to achieve their goals. This study aims at exploring the most important ‘factors of job satisfaction'' in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Yemen. Based on those results, organizations would design plans and establish motivation systems for boosting their employees'' spirits and thus enhance their job satisfaction.
