Today, including China, global Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) has been rebuilding international healthcare vision. Companies operate in the broader society and are affecting or being affected by stakeholders in many different ways. Based on the stakeholder theory, companies should establish strategic alliances with stakeholders and be responsible for the society in which they operate.
