The infrastructure plays important role in economic activity. Infrastructure differs in terms of its purpose of delivering certain set of services to different groups. Traditionally, public infrastructure is procured by the government. This study intends to present Private Finance Initiative (PFI) as an alternative approach of obtaining the public infrastructure and services related to it. The central question of the study is what the impact of PFI in procurement of public infrastructure is.
