Education in Uganda has gone through a long period of transformation. from the precolonial times to the current system that welcomed private providers of education to the academic arena. Today the government in Uganda takes pole position in providing education services from primary through secondary, vocational, secondary and university levels. There is a noticeable distribution of schools all over the country.
