Preschooler’s social development is one millstone that considered of most importance for young children. Unfortunately, it is not getting full attention from the educational system in colleges and teacher preparation in Jordan. This book shed the light on the importance of teacher credentials and child-rearing beliefs in promoting preschoolers social development at early childhood settings. Teacher credentials and child-rearing beliefs in Jordan preschools tend to be low were more than half of preschool teachers (71, 43%) had low credentials and (77.14%) had traditional child-rearing beliefs. The author suggested several recommendations for policy makers and the Ministry of Education in Jordan.
