The present study examined the extent and nature of relationship between perception of communication satisfaction and work-related quality of life of male officers working in private sector enterprise in Kolkata, India. Ex-post facto design was followed. Simple random sampling was used. The tools used were Perception of Communication Satisfaction(PCS) Questionnaire and Work-Related Quality of Life(WRQL) Scale. The findings reveal that there was high positive correlation between perception of satisfaction from communication with superior and work-related quality of life as a whole. Also there was positive and high correlation between perception of satisfaction from communication with superior and each of the subscales – general well-being, home-work interface, job-career satisfaction, working conditions.
