This study was conducted using in- depth interview and informal conversation with seven respondents who migrated from their place of origins in the rural areas of Nepal to the urban centers. The main reasons for their migration was education. After migration, they enhanced their social capital and human capital in the urban centers. This prevent them from returning back to their native village.
