"The New Cambridge English Course" is a four-level course for learners of English. Level 3 takes learners from pre-intermediate up to a good intermediate level. It can be used with learners who have studied Levels 1 and 2 of the course, or as an independent intermediate course. The "Practice Book" is an integral part of the course, reinforcing, extending and consolidating work done in class with the Student's Book. It provides extra practice on language forms, functions and skills, including optional listening exercises (in conjunction with the Student's Cassette). Translation exercises provide learners with the opportunity to relate English to their first languages. The "Practice Book" contains a comprehensive Language Summary - a concise reference guide covering all the major grammatical and functional points taught or revised in Level 3 of "The New Cambridge English Course".
