Die-castings are among the highest volume mass produced items manufactured by the metal working industry, and they can be found in thousands of consumer, commercial and industrial products. In modern applications, using computerized controls die casters produce precision and high strength products at a rapid production rate. The quality control tools are adopted to find out the major defects leading to maximum rejection of components and the defects are then minimized to a greater extent by adopting the modifications suggested by those tools.
