A country cannot uplift its socioeconomic conditions unless and until people from all strata of the society have equal access to physical, economic and social opportunities. Though the developed countries of the world become concern about the rights of the disability, developing countries like Bangladesh is still away to achieve the satisfaction. Recently NFOWD (National Forum of Organizations Working with the Disabled) identified 5.6 percent of the total population of Bangladesh are disabled.
